Summer Time

Summer started! It has been a bit since I have blogged, but summer started! We have seen an uptick in boarding reservations and as a happy coincidence, we have new dogs coming in. It is the best feeling in the world when a new client comes in and says they were referred by a current customer. Just as exciting is when someone on Facebook asks for a recommendation and someone says BrightDogs. You have no idea what that means to us. Try as we might, we don't always remember to thank everyone for referrals. It's just as important for us to thank you as it is for you to refer people!

We feel its a huge compliment that you allow us to take care of your furry family members. But we also know it is important you have a resource for questions, concerns and issues you might be having in regards to your dog. We know some of the issues and try to offer training workshops around those. But if we are missing something - an issue that you love for us to address, let us know. You can text, email, or messenger us or the ever old fashioned thing: ask in person. We are here to help! We would be happy to answer questions if you have them. If it seems like more than a quick answer, we can schedule a session with you!

Now for some exciting news!! It has been 2 years and 35 or so dogs that we have fostered for and we actually foster failed! Bexley has been around the park for the last few weeks. She is a spirited 4 month old puppy that we were fostering who just so happened to fit in perfectly. She will be training with us and on site at BrightDogs to help with puppies coming in. If you haven't met her, you will! So welcome to the BrightDogs Family Bexley Bright!
